I have over 20 years of experience in Business Law, having worked in M&A, Tax and Corporate, IP, Shipping, Business Relocation, International Trading and Supply Contracts (OEM). I have presented important projects to global Financial Institutions and Government Authorities aimed at financial investment in, or the development of, multinational &companies in the fields of Solar Energy, Furniture, Football, Shipping, Tourism and Restaurant Chains. I have experience in Corporate Governance of Listed Bank Groups as an independent member of the Board of Directors.
In recent years, I have released pro veritate advice on complex issues regarding Tax Law, Auditing, Company Law (Merger, Split), Shipping Law and Intellectual Property. I have also been a member of the International Network Eurolegal for over 20 years (www.eurolegal.net) and writer for 10 years of a weekly column in a national newspaper, focusing on international issues (www.gaetanochianura.com).

- 2022 -2024: PNRR Next Generation UE project– A three-year contract in the task force for Energy Transition(renewable energy sources);
- 2016-2019: Independent director in a bank of a significant Banking Group (Veneto/Vicenza) - appointed by "Fondo Atlante" ( Banks Bailout Fund) – Merged in 2019 with Intesa Sanpaolo;
- 2012-2019: Legal assistance regarding a multiple-years tax assessment in a case of Sale&Lease of four vessels – Issues involving Accounting, Tax, Shipping and International Law - successfully settled;
- 2008-2019: M&A - International Development and Investment Projects in the Middle East ;
- Legal advice regarding Intellectual Property issues (Classic Movie Copyright Protection, Trademarks, Patents, Product Liability of Car Producer );
- Long term assistance given to an offshore oil drilling platform constructor and to the biggest group of municipal tax collectors in Italy;
- Agreement with the Brazilian Government in order to set up an industrial plant of 700 employees, negotiating the financial incentives, VAT and Income tax exemption, drafting contracts, incorporating a Brazilian company, and managing all relevant and significant financial, technical, tax and legal aspects of the newly formed international group;
- Public Procurement in Libya for the construction of an industrial plant;
- An ongoing 20 year career in Tax Litigation;
- A 20 year ongoing assistance to an international Shipping Group;
- A 10 year assistance to an important IT Company;
- Legal and tax assistance (also extraordinary) and corporate auditing to various Italian companies;
